With super high temperatures all week, Saturday was more of the same. Heat indexes of 100+, I was glad to find the ballroom for The Kirkley Hotel in Lynchburg cool. Because we provided Up Lighting and Sound… a three hour setup, I had my work cut out. Once the setup was complete, I knew the room was going to look fantastic. Our “Hot Pink” lights added to the room, which was already beautifully decorated.
Megan and Andrew entered to “walk This Way” by Aerosmith, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. The entire night was captured by Visions by Heather Photography, which also had a photo booth setup for guests. Because of the addition announcements and actives planned through-out the evening, I brought along an additional MC. With a two man crew, I could focus on the music, while the MC (Thor Larson) could be closer to the action… this made for a great combo.
A very big Congratulations to the happy couple, Megan and Andrew! We had a great time celebrating with you and your guests.
